1. Vertical clamping moulds, Clockwise & counter-clockwise rotary moulds by 180 degree, three operation stations disc platform vertical injection machine.
2. One upper mould, three or multiple lower injection moulds, greatly promote production efficiency.
3.Precise position device by servo motor ensures accurate positioning and safety for moulds.
4.Three or four columns design, central cooling water supply with special device, suitable for more molds.
5.Taking/placing products while use advanced computer and vibrate disc/ automation/ multi-axis robot. It can realize office-network control and unmanned production in workshop.
6. Various hydraulic oil system (Semi-Closed Loop, Servo motor or high-speed injection) designs can meet customer requirements.
