For double-slide precision injection molding machine which from 35T to 200T has one upper fixed mold and two below moveable molds to slide horizontally and alternately, so the other mold can prepare the next work while one mold is working so as to get highly safety efficiency. That means, you can get 2times efficiency than others through this machine. This machine can be OEM to be half-open, servo or high-speed injection molding design.
2. Adjustable hopper, convenient cleaning slag and nozzle, quickly replace moulds and components.
3.Nitriding treatment to promote heat resistance, abrasion performance and corrosion resistance. Electronic switch control mould sliding precision clearance distance.
4. Various hydraulic oil system (Semi-Closed Loop, Servo motor or high-speed injection) designs can meet customer requirements.
